“Every new opportunity is like a puzzle – it requires strategic thinking, but it’s also a chance to build long-lasting relationships and make a difference,”
Says Jason about his approach to the work.
The Diversity of the Tender Business
In the tender business, you’re constantly exposed to various industries and stakeholders. Jason has had the chance to work across a wide range of sectors, providing him with a unique insight into the diverse requirements and opportunities that arise globally.
“Working across continents and cultures has given me a broad understanding of how global trade works and how we can best navigate it,” he notes.
Professional Growth and Responsibility
Throughout his time at JGH, Jason has experienced significant growth both personally and professionally. The numerous responsibilities and opportunities he’s been given have provided him with valuable experiences that have strengthened his ability to lead and make decisions on a global level.
“I’ve become a richer person – both in terms of the skills I’ve gained and the experiences I’ve had,” says Jason when reflecting on his time at JGH.
A Highlight Project: A milestone in the Pacific
One of the standout projects in Jason’s career has been his work in the Pacific, where JGH recently supplied boats to support local fisheries. This initiative has had a significant impact on both the economy and local communities. By providing modern boats to local fishermen, the project has created new job opportunities and improved working conditions for many people.
“It was incredibly rewarding to see how our work could help the local community – knowing that we’re making a difference on so many levels, both economically and socially,” says Jason about the project.
Sustainability and Empowerment in Focus
Jason places great emphasis on creating projects that not only focus on economic growth but also on sustainability and empowerment for the communities involved. In Tonga, the project not only brings economic benefits but also aims to promote empowerment within the local communities and ensure sustainable resource management for future generations.
“Creating projects that benefit both current and future generations is something that truly fills me with pride,” says Jason.
